POOL CLASSES

Water exercise has an almost non-existent injury rate, making it one of the safest, most effective forms of cardiovascular training.  Water provides 12 times the resistance of air, resulting in effective toning of the legs and arms.  Swimming skills are not necessary.  These 45-minute classes consist of a warm-up, aerobic workouts, overall toning and cool down.

AQUA YOGALATES:
This class combines Yoga and Pilates exercises to the pool. It elongates the entire body and will develop strength and flexibility with range of motion, body alignment and balance. All ages and fitness levels will benefit.

CARNAHAN THERAPY:
Carnahan Aquatic Therapy. The pool is not open to any members or past patients during this time. Only current Carnahan Therapy patients can use the pool.

We ask that you:
* Refrain from excessive talking during classes.
* Please be kind, welcome new members to class.
* Return water equipment in storage area.
* Hair must be pulled up off the shoulder or you must wear a swimming cap.
* Do not enter the pool if you have an open wound or are wearing a Band-Aid.
