Class Descriptions
All classes are subject to change.
CAMP CROSS
TRAINING
This is a boot camp type of class that incorporates cardio
on the treadmill, cross trainers, or spin bikes. There will be
intervals of weights, plyometrics and yes abs. Ending with a great
stretch. Modifications offered for beginners. Get it all in 55
minutes.
CARDIO BLAST
Intense aerobic
training with toning intervals. Great Class!
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Ideally suited for older adults; Functional Fitness is an interval
class focusing on exercise to complement movements performed on
a daily basis. Emphasis is on safe, effective exercise and
training the core muscles. 45 minutes
ARMS AND ABS
Strength training for the upper body the abdominals all in 45 minutes.
BODY
SCULPT
Take your toning to a new level! Power Sculpt
intensively works all major muscles utilizing exercises commonly
seen in the weight room. 55 minutes
CWT
Circuit Weight Training
- A great interval class using the equipment down stairs. Cardio,
Strength, and ending with stretching. All on 45 minutes.
ALL ABOUT YOU
A class designed to help you reach your fitness goals - primarily
core strength with some powerful moves. Ending with a stretch.
CYCLE
The Spinning Program workout is for all people, of all
ages, at all levels of fitness. Spinning is a non-impact
cardiovascular workout that uses specially designed stationary
bikes. The unique bike has adjustable features that allow all
body types to get a custom fit and a comfortable workout.
40-45 minutes
CYCLE INTO YOGA
This Hybrid class combines two of the best mind
and body fitness classes. Spinning starts the class to get your
heart pumping and Yoga Fitness for strength and flexibility to
conclude. 60 minutes
STEP
A high intensity workout comparable to running 5-7 mph!!
Participants step up and down on an adjustable platform while
simultaneously performing upper body movement. Abdominal work and
stretch finishes the class. 55 minutes
STEP & STRENGTH
Taught in a circuit format, this class combines step
training with upper and lower body sculpting and
finishes with abdominal work. 65 minutes
TOTAL BODY SHAPING (TBS)
A perfect complement to anyone’s cardio
workout. TBS provides muscle conditioning for virtually every
major muscle group. Using the Step, weights, bands, balls, tubing
and other pieces of equipment. 45-55 minutes
CYCLE X FIT
This hour class will
give you a great cardio workout with a 30 minute cycle and then
take you thru a strength training circuit using the equipment
downstairs, then back upstairs for some awsume abs.
ZUMBA
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music-dance routines
that feature aerobic/dance interval training. Zumba Toning uses
lightweight training to improve overall performance.
FUNDAMENTAL PILATES
- 45 Minutes
This back to basics class will teach the fundamentals of core
conditioning using Pilates based exercises. Special emphasis
will be on relieving lower back pain by adding a 1-15 minute
stretching segment at the end of the class. This is a great place to
start with pilates.
GENTLE YOGA - 45 minutes
This class is geared for those new to yoga or those who would like a
slower, gentler class. There will be an explanation of the
different poses, pranayama (breathing) introduction, and the aid of
props such as blocks, straps and balls may be used. Gentle
introduction of limbering exercises, modified forward bends, back
bends, and twisting poses, standing poses and concludes with deep
relaxation. This class would equate to a Level I Class.
This class is perfect for new or returning yoga students. It
emphasizes breathing, alignment, improving posture, and stress
relief. This class is perfect for regaining flexibility and
would work well for those in a low impact fitness program.
FITNESS
BLAST
This is a fun and athletically challenging class, every Saturday it
changes and rotates class / instructor. It is great fun, come and
try.
Mat Pilates* - 45 minutes
Based on the principles of Joseph H. Pilates, these mat exercises
are designed to strengthen and lengthen the entire body.
Emphasis is on using the "Power House" or core muscles, breathing,
concentration and control.
Yoga Fitness* - 45
minutes
Yoga poses in a flowing format designed to increase flexibility and
strength. Poses are generally not held for long to create
warmth in the muscles and get a better fitness workout.
Yoga Flow* - 45 minutes
This class is a bit more challenging than the basic Hatha (gentle
Yoga) classes. These flow classes include some Vinyasa (moving
from one pose to another) as well as held postures. A flowing
series of yoga postures (asanas) synchronizing the breath with each
movement is utilized. This class cultivates strength, stamina,
flexibility and balance while dissolving tension and creating a
sense of calm. This class is for the serious students who want
Vinyasa flows, cardiovascular activity and more challenging poses.
This heat building class will increase strength and encourage the
purification of the body. Yoga flow is for students in good
physical condition with some Yoga experience. Level 2 to Level
3.
Cycle X Fit - This
hour class will give you a great cardio workout with a 30 minute
cycle and then take you thru a strength training circuit using the
equipment downstairs
, then back upstairs for some awsume abs.
Body Basics
- 60 min
Top to Bottom Toning. A good class to learn how to exercise using a
varitey of equipment. In this class you will get a good workout,
some cardiovascular and some toning, ending with a relaxing stretch.

Please arrive on time, and avoid leaving in the middle of class.
No admittance after start of class.

Refrain from excessive talking, turn off cell phones.

Please follow the instruction from the instructor “avoid doing
your own thing.”
